The program includes a short briefing with a biologist about Dolphins World and the management of bottlenose dolphins in a controlled environment. During the hands-on session, participants are involved in a real training session, led by professional trainers in the Lagoon, where they will have the opportunity to communicate with the dolphins exclusively through signals taught without entering the water or direct contact with the animals.

The “Training experience” program includes a real full immersion in the magical world of dolphins and is divided into different phases.
Theoretical lesson in which the biologist illustrates elements of Biology, Evolution and Conservation of Cetaceans.
A general introduction to the management of dolphins in a controlled environment, from food preparation to play to actual training.
Acrylic training session, where participants will experience firsthand the possibility of communicating with animals through glass.
Training session at the Oltremare Lagoon led by professional trainers, during which participants will have the opportunity to communicate with the dolphins through signals they will be taught without entering the water or direct contact with the animal.
Requirements and Duration: The experience lasts 3 hours and is reserved for participants aged 12 and over.
Please note: the reservation is considered confirmed only if a minimum of 2 participants is reached.

To determine the exact start time of your session, you must arrive at the Photo Shop inside the park by 11:00 AM on the day of your reservation. Please note that the start time cannot be communicated in advance either by phone or email.
Useful information: You may get wet during the activity; we recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes and shoes if necessary. A swimsuit is not necessary: by law and for the safety of the animals, swimming with the dolphins is not permitted. Before the poolside encounter, please remove all objects that could be dangerous to the animals or fall into the water (necklaces, earrings, rings, cell phones, etc.). If you are wearing glasses, if they cannot be removed, you must wear a safety lanyard.

Cancellation and Changes: In the event of force majeure, the Management reserves the right to change the date of your reservation, agreeing a new date with you, subject to availability. In the event of cancellation, you may postpone the day or transfer the reservation to another person, providing you with their full name and contact information. If you are unable to attend, refund requests will only be considered if submitted no later than 48 hours before the booked date.
