• Requirements and Duration: The experience lasts 3 hours and is reserved for participants aged 12 and over.

Please note: the reservation is considered confirmed only if a minimum of 2 participants is reached.

• Time Assignment: The program will take place between 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM. To determine the exact start time of your session, you must arrive at the Photo Shop inside the park by 11:00 AM on the day of your reservation. Please note that the start time cannot be communicated in advance either by phone or email.

• Useful information: You may get wet during the activity; we recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes and shoes if necessary. A swimsuit is not necessary: by law and for the safety of the animals, swimming with the dolphins is not permitted. Before the poolside encounter, please remove all objects that could be dangerous to the animals or fall into the water (necklaces, earrings, rings, cell phones, etc.). If you are wearing glasses, if they cannot be removed, you must wear a safety lanyard.

• Schedule: The meeting point is the photo shop inside the park. The program includes a theory session in the classroom, a theory/practical session on the glass, and a training session poolside.
• Language: The program will be held entirely in Italian.
• Cancellation and Changes: In the event of force majeure, the Management reserves the right to change the date of your reservation, agreeing a new date with you, subject to availability. In the event of cancellation, you may postpone the day or transfer the reservation to another person, providing you with their full name and contact information. If you are unable to attend, refund requests will only be considered if submitted no later than 48 hours before the booked date.
